Lainey's Lasers

Lainey's Lasers is a first-person 3D platformer where you try to reach the end of each level as fast as possible.

This game is our submission for the "7dfps 2023" game jam. There are a lot of things that we did not get to implement into the game (like sound effects we made, more levels, a settings menu, and so on) due to running out of time.

Participating in this gam jam was really fun and taught us a lot. We intend to continue developing this game in the future.

Controls:

WASD - move

Space Bar - jump

Left Click - pick up a box (and click again to drop it)

(Hold) Shift - run

(Hold) C - crouch/slide

This game has partial controller support, but a controller cannot be used to navigate menus or pick up/drop boxes.

Update (12-24-2023): A third level has been added, some bugs have been fixed, settings can now be changed, and achievements have been added on the "Level Select" screen.
